All Day Empty Place at the Table
Entrance to STEM Building, Stop by this display that commemorates the lives lost in Massachusetts over the past year as a result of domestic violence. The display was created by Battered Women’s Resources, Inc., and consists of a formal dining room table set up with 2 plates for each victim, one with a name and the other with a brief description of the murder.

National Alcohol Screening Day (NASD) is an outreach, education, and screening initiative that raises awareness about harmful and dependent drinking behaviors and connects individuals who are at risk with treatment options.

Poet Diane Gilliam Fisher will read from Kettle Bottom, her award-winning book of poetry that explores the West Virginia The Mine Wars from the perspectives of those who lived and worked in the coal camps.
1:00 PM - 3:00 PM Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Appeal Workshop GARDNER Room 240 (SUMMER/FALL APPEALS)
This workshop is designed to assist students seeking to petition for reinstatement to MWCC or reinstatement of Financial Aid. The workshop will review MWCC's Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) policy and the steps required to be considered for reinstatement.  Time will be provided for students to write and submit an appeal. At the conclusion of this workshop, students will be able to:
  • Interpret the Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements;
  • Identify which requirements are not being met;
  • Submit an appeal requesting permission to continue attending school and/or permission to continue receiving financial aid.
3:00 PM Campus Tour
Your campus visit begins with an information session hosted by our Director of Enrollment. At MWCC, we know a campus visit is the best way to learn more about our degrees, certificates, financial aid and co-curricular activities.. Tours of the Gardner campus are offered every Monday through Thursday beginning at 3:00 p.m. with an additional tour on Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. and otherwise by appointment.
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Healthcare Information Session

Come and meet the staff and faculty for the healthcare programs at Mount Wachusett Community College! Together we'll walk through the admissions process and application requirements.

We'll cover all degree and certificate programs including:

Open Auditions for Theatre at the Mount's production of Boeing, Boeing. 
It’s the 1960s and swinging playboy Bernard juggles three fiancées — each one a beautiful flight attendant — who are all engaged to him without knowing about each other. He keeps “one up, one down and one pending” until the invention of a new and speedier Boeing jet and unexpected schedule changes bring all three fiancées to Bernard’s apartment at the same time. With his friend Robert forgetting which lies to tell to whom, Bernard’s elaborately scheduled love life turns into catastrophically funny chaos. 
Fasten your seat belts!

CAST REQUIREMENTS – Small adult cast – 2 men; 4 women 
 
*Punctuality will be noted and appreciated
Performance Dates:  June 16, 17, 23, 24 at 8:00pm; June 25 at 2:00pm
Tentative Rehearsal Schedule: Sundays from 6PM to 9PM; Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7PM to 10PM
Auditions will consist of cold-readings from the script.
