Categories, Subcategories, or locations selected for your
subscription. *NOTE: The
more Categories, Subcategories, or locations that you subscribe to, the more emails
you may receive regarding new and updated events.
You will receive an email as soon as an event is added or
updated within your Subscription list.
The following specific rules are applied to subscription emails
- When you subscribe to a calendar, you subscribe to a feed of events matching both one of the categories you've searched on AND one of the locations selected (assuming you have searched on both).
- Subscriptions to public calendar are separate from the private calendar. So, for example, if you subscribe to a location on public calendar, you would only get public events in that location. You would need to subscribe to the location on private calendar as well to be alerted to private events in the location.
- When you receive notices about events, you will receive one email/text per subscription you have configured. For example, if you subscribe to a facility more than once, you will get separate emails for the two subscriptions. The unsubcribe links are unique to each individual subscription, so users can utilize them to remove duplicates they are receiving.
- While a subscription may be tied to several categories and locations, only those that match the event will be shown in the notification for that subscription. Also, the subscribe link will only remove those particular categories and/or locations from the existing subscription.
- Unsubscribes are tied to the individual subscription matched. So if you subscribed to a category/location pair in more than one subscription, only one will be removed.

month. A select number of events will display per
block. If there are additional events that can be
viewed for a particular day, then a text link will be
included at the bottom of the particular Calendar block
that says "X More" and can be selected in order to refresh
the Calendar grid and display all events in that particular
Calendar Grid block. Information included per event
within each Calendar Grid block includes:
